wave edit program in tools menu?

Hi folks.

I am using Sonar 3. I see that the wave studio program that came with my SB audigy card is in the tools menu. I have been using Cooledit for a long time and feel comfortable editing in that. Can I change the option from Wave studio to Cool Edit? Please tell me I can still use my Cool edit to edit waves from within Sonar 3. If it will let me edit with Wave studio, then surely I can change that to Cool Edit, but how?

Actually you can't replace Wave Studio with Cool Edit.

However, you can add it in addition to Wave Studio.

Read the last post in this thread. You are going to have to hack the registry to make it appear. It's an easy hack, but I'm forced to provide the standard disclaimer - make sure you back up your registry before attempting this.

found this little gem doing a search, and found exactly what i was looking for.
Just goes to show how powerful the search tool is and how much info there is on this site. Such an extensive database of knowledge is a great resource.

I'm just wondering if this little app will work with sonar 3?
