Stupid Boss DR-3 question

...it's not so much that my question is stupid as that I'm pretty sure I know the answer....

Is there any way to extract data out of the Boss DR-3 Dr. Rhythm in order to back up the rhythms I've programmed? The thing only has a MIDI IN, which to me says only one-way communication is possible.

Does anybody out there know of any way to do this?
