non-usb MTPAV compatible with Windows XP?

Im building a new PC. Will my old MOTU MPTAV (non-usb) operate properly under Windows XP? If not would it work under Windows 2000?

I tried to find this info in the MOTU website but couldnt. And their tech support is almost non-existent...at least for PC users.
