I thought the recording and mix sounded well. I could hear all the instruments clearly and the vocal was out front. As a songwriter, I would have preferred a B section (release) or some contrasting section (breakdown) in the middle of the song. It seemed the verses and the hook were basically on the same chord changes...kinda boring. As a song...It is cute...rather average...but nicely delivered so as to at least be pleasing.
Keep it up.

Like firesole said, very good production. The recording quality is top notch... is this a home recording? A nice instrumental break would be perfect. You've got a lot of talent in front of the mic and behind the mixer, lets hear more!

the kit is nicely spaced in stereo field but keeps my ears jumpin from side to side to pick it all up. This still doesnt detract from quality. Bit of timing issue on hi-hats at 1:21. If i could give a suggestion for drums, at some point in the song, putting the snare and hats on the "onbeat" and the kick on the "offbeat" could sound neat. As in, on beat 1 play the snare + hats together and on the "and" hit the kick. But still, sounds good man. Keep up the good work.
