Red face S3 Console view locking

Ok, so I'm trying to set up a nice little template for myself in Sonar 3 which I can load up as a starting point for all my projects. 12 tracks, 5 busses, and it's all looking nice an neat after customizing and resizing elements of the track view...but every time I re-open the template and go to the console view, it doesn't remember spacing/sizing - I have to re-stretch the buss section so all are revealed (versus scrollbars), re-align the master outs to the far right, etc. is there anyway to "lock" the view or have Sonar remember by defaults as it does in the track view?

Lightbulb

Open and arange the console view the way you want, while both (track and console) views are open, place the maximized console view in the front. Save as template. Whenever you open it, both views will be opened in cascade. Maximixed the console view, it will look exactly like you arranged. Then hit Ctrl + tab to move betwen views...

Yup, that works. Now to nitpick and and say I wish it would remember without having to have cascaded windows to maximize (oh, the valuable seconds that will be wasted...)

Even better! Got some input on the Sonar board, and "ba_midi" mentioned layouts - worked like a charm! Laid out the console as I liked, selected layouts, saved, then saved the project and voila - upon re-opening the file and going to console view, it was properly spaced

... and if you have many layouts, you can use Keybindings to open them up with the hit of a button.
