losing my religion

not really
losing audio clips or files or something

i record audio
save
shut down
then reboot and audio wont play
it displays but won't play
i can find the audio in the audio data folder
i can even import it back in to the project i am working on
but when i shut down and reboot
same thing audio displays
no message
but it wont play!!!!!!!
any ideas?

Does OPTIONS-AUDIO have the same setup details regarding driver and driver mode before and after the shutdown?

Do you perhaps have some automation on the track? Or maybe the Track Output is set to the wrong device.
