Mic Pre Modifications

Hey guys --

I recently got vintage ADM mic pre and eq modules. I've purchased a power supply, connectors, rack panel, and racked everything up.

Now, there's way too much crap in the signal path of the ADM pre, so I'd like to get it mod-ded. Supposedly, the ADM can sound like a NEVE after modification; dunno. Any idea who is able to do that?
