who is the F#%@ who deleted the *** thread

The thread had over 10,000 views and over 300 replies, all of which could have added to a potential or unsuspecting customer's information base.

Jeez, you guys make me mad sometimes. Why could'nt you just let it be and let it die a natural death. Eventually it would have fallen off the front page but the information would have been there for people all over the internet to peruse for a long time.

Whoever deleted that thread is an unthinking idiot and needs to reexamine his reasoning behind deleting that thread.

I asked Dragon to step in and have a look when it got to them calling me a wife and child beater. That went over the line.
I did not ask for the thread to be removed. As much as I hated much of the crap there was some good informative stuff that Im sure would have been a benefit to many folks.

I think closing the thread might have been a more prudent move. It WAS getting waaaaay out of hand, but you're right, it could have been pretty informative for the unsuspecting amateur musician.

You're all wrong. The thread was not deleted, it was archived to a special place where it can be examined by law enforcement or ISP representatives as necessary. That's also where all the spam and posts by people like FT end up.

There might be a case for arguing the web site contained some information, but the archived thread was just a slanging match and told us nothing (except what type characters *** were).

I thought there was some interesting debates and comments that were worth keeping. Having the law look at the thread is ridiculous I’m sure they have more important things to worry about than a bunch of kids fighting in a sand box.
Dropping the thread with the www.***scams.com on it is pretty hypocritical when all it does it points to harmless information. The indieshout thread which could be viewed as competition/spam or the Indiebiz/Taxi thread which for the most part was similar to *** thread was left alone. I think all threads should be left to die on there own

Maybe someone could view the posts referring to the site as "spam," but that's a stretch too, seeing as it's not a business.

Maybe you did not read my post closely. What Im saying is I don't think anything should be removed. I did refer to your thread and the long Indiebiz /Taxi thread as examples. I did not speak ill of the site christ I even joined it but if people ask for your thread or the other to be removed just because they didn't like it then this entire board would be a waste of time.

I wish it was my site but the thought of spending a nickel on anything that has to do with *** makes me gag. The guy who posted the site got it yanked which is unfortunate as it truly shows the people behind the company. If you folks would learn how to contribute without the crap I’m sure you would be able to get some of your theories across to people but I can see that’s just not your style.

1. Nothing I said was a lie.

The there/their comes from being in a hurry, although not proper it means nothing other than I need to pay better attention. I wish I could take credit for the site and I did send all the information I had through email to the person asking for it. At the time I was informed on here that I beat my wife and children something I do not take lightly but to go out and spend $300- $500 on these losers is just not worth the trouble.
And with all due respect John your making this come off like it was me against them. Yes toward the end I was pretty vocal but there are allot of folks involved in this and I have yet to see any supporters of the *** bullshit other than the *** cult.

yes, those guys said some truly horrible things, but for someone to make a site dedicated to slagging on their business is not only ridiculous in my eyes, but may be illegal. in my experience, people get what's coming to them, and i'm sure if *** has screwed anyone over, it will come out in the wash, with or without such a site.
this whole thing seems very vindictive on both sides, regardless of who's right or wrong about this or that. as i have said before, and you will notice in my post that you quoted, i couldn't care less about *** or the folks who hate them, i just care about the conduct on this board. they attacked me unjustly, so i fired back, something in hindsight i probably should have just ignored. yes, they attacked you as well, and in a very unjust and vicious way, but you were also doing your best to properly accuse them of ripping folks off and being fraudulent.

Well just to put an end to this John the site is not mine but as I said I did send the guy a bunch of stuff that I collected. My understanding is the guy felt he got screwed out of money, watched events unfold on this forum and felt it was necessary to warn others. There is quite allot of cut and paste so possibly I’m mixed in with that. Whatever man I couldn't give a rats ass about these turkeys either way. Crap they even attacked the forum moderator. I’m sure the General being pals with the President will survive just fine.

I have posted on his message board in a while, but do stop in from time to time to see what the latest is. I can see that *** is still creating discontent wherever they venture.

If any one remembers a rather long post I made a while back regarding my experience with ***, (I think entitled the Business of Music, or something like that) then I hope that message was clear enough for all to learn that whether you are experienced or just beginning that it is in your best interest to stay away from that company.
