recording audio with tempo changes

Hi

I am producing a song that sounds better when then verse has a tempo of 98bpm, and the chorus it slightly faster at 100bpm.

This is fine when dealing with just midi, but how will Nuendo cope when recording audio over this tempo change?

It wont present a problem as long as you can play in time.
