I need a pre-amp for my Guillemot ISIS soundcard. My budget is very tight, so I can not afford a mixser to cover all the 8 line-inputs on the soundcard. If I do not get any other advice I will probably go for the Joemeek VC3 (which also has got a compressor) and the Behringer MX802A mixser. Then I will get three pre-amp's (and a cool compressor) for a tiny fraction above my budget...

.. since I just started on this side of the turntable I would love some advice and alternatives!

Is it for example possible to get an affordable mixser with 4 (or more) line-outs? Are there other outlets on the mixser that can be used to connect with the line-inputs on the soundcard?
