i have just recently started to experiment with home recording, for the purpose of making a demo, for my christian music ministry.

Ive been pricing, and comparing FX procssors, and not real sure which one would be a good one to start and learn with, for a reasonable price.

It would be used with a keyboard, guitar and voice.

My recorder is a tascam 488.

How about a lexicon MPX-100? It goes for around $250, and has just about everything you need, except overdrive.
