Virtual Drum Kit

I was wondering if anyone had input on a good virtual drum kit/drum software which can be used with n-track.

Thanks

i use Fruity Loops.....you can use it standalone and import the .wav files into N-Track, or use it as a VSTi............

Thanks for the replies. Yesterday I downloaded the demo version of Fruity Loops and it kicks a**. However, I do have a question about it. I listened to a couple songs that come with the demo and noticed that when I've got alot of tracks going I get this REALLY REALLY bad popping and ticking. When I solo a track or have only several tracks running this doesn't occur. I really only plan on using this for drum tracking with the occasional bass or string sound so this may not be an issue. But I was wondering how to remedy this. Is it a buffer setting or something along those lines.

Thanks again.

Yes, usually the buffer settings for that program (each program has its own preferences) need adjusting.

In Fruity, go to Options>Wave Settings and slide the buffer slider to a larger setting.

You will have to experiment with the setting; it depends on YOUR particular PC and soundcard. And depending on the complexity/effects used in the song, it may need resetting again.
