Need buying advice on sound module

A friend of mine has a piano with midi capabilities and wants to buy a module that will allow him to get different keyboard sounds i.e. Rhodes, Wurlies, etc. He does not plan on doing any sequencing and the module does not even need to be multitimbral.

Does something like this exist?

It depends on you budget.

Alesis has a decent module, very small but quite good for it's price. It's also very mobile.
It's a "Nano" something or other only for keyboards.
