mixer question

I have a Reel to Reel Tascam Series 70/Teac TZ-610 (1/2 inch tape) analog four track recorder...The person who gave me the recorder said I would need a mixer in order to record...what else would I need to record? what kind of mixer should i look into? I have a mic and cord...I guess I'm kinda lost...can anyon help out?

Ok, so I've found a couple of items on Ebay that look like they may be good...tell me what you think...

However, these seem to have more than four tracks available? Would that would with a four track recorder? Are there any mixing boards anyone knows of that are ONLY four?
