Question Here's what I'm looking for

I need a looping software like ACID that can do these things (this is all I need it to do) :

1. Compatible with a Mac
2. Take in .WAV or .MP3 loops
3. easy to loop them as many times as you want
4. Automatic Beat Matching
5. export as a .WAV or .MP3

Basically, I need a software exactly like ACID accept for MAC

You may have asked this before in another question or in another forum and I may have responded with Apple Soundtrack($199) or Ableton Live ($299).
If you use OS9, Ableton is probably your only choice.
