Kurzweil K1200 Distortion - HELP!

Need help. I have massive distortion on both left and right channels, all voices. Sounds like noise or "looping" noise not quite as load as the instrument voice. No AC ripple in power supplies, all grounds to CPU board are good. Has anyone had an experience like this with a K1200 keyboard. I have all the test equipment and service manual to troubleshoot but this one is really kicking me.
