M-Audio SP5b's - $175

I have a pair of Sp5b's in great shape that I just don't need any more. These are nice little powered monitors. Great for a portable setup or for another set to check mixes on. If you are intertested in them, e-mail me.

$175

Do you think these would work as a pair of main monitors? I was thinking getting a pair of bx-5's.. but if these are basically the same...

Hmmm. I won't have the money for a few weeks.. so if you don't sell them by then I'll probably take em.

Thats fine. I have heard these used as mains, but I would suggest a sub if you use them as that. They sound really good though. Just a little bass shy

The sub is $399 and you could pick it up later. You'd have a pretty nice setup with sub for less than $600 though.

Alright. That sounds good.. I don't think they're too much different from the bx-5's... which I was going to buy.

I will have the money in about 3 weeks, possibly 1 if my parents let me borrow some. There's a slim chance of that though. Please just keep me updated as to if you've sold them or not. Thank you.
