Native Instruments B4 latency

I got b4 up and running under Cubase, but there's quite a bit of drag. I have a AMD 2.6 GHZ with 512 meg ram

Any idea's

I have exactly the same problem. The B4 lags really badly in Cubase, as does the Pro-53. I have a similar setup as you do as well, so maybe it's our setup.
