Fender automatic se series( what do you think??)

I am a pretty good guitar player and really never been in a band. I know good music and sound but just wanted to get some feedback on this little 90 watt amp I bought at the pawn shop. I think it sounds ok I mean when i heard it for the first time the clean channel sounded great, but now I think the clean sucks, for the distortion I think it sound better on the last button. I recently started to record some demos and ideas with some friends and am not happy with the results,but look at the buy to 90.00. I could be placing the mic wrong but who knows.
