Help a girl in distress! DM-24 digital in problem

Hi Guys

Please help a silly girly. I can not get my Tascam dm-24 to accept any levels from a digital device when plugged in to the digital inputs in the back.

Other digital devices in my studio work okay..Is there a setting I must switch on for it to work? Its just dead!

Well you have to select what digital input you are using, aes or s/pdif, and you have to choose what channels those inputs are going to go to.

I dont know how to change the settings...I can't make sense out of the user interface...Can you walk me through changing it

Hi,
I'm sorry to disturb you...it's the first time that I usa a forum...
Anyway, the problem is that I have a Tascam DM-24 with software version 2.10, but I can't usa the tc reverb on it: i put all the ins and all the outs (ins aux 1-2, out channel 26-27), and I can see in the effect page that the in VU meter is going...but not the out one.
If I leave the same assignments, but I just change the effect (like one of tascam or antares), everything works properly!!!
So...it's a problem just with the TC REVERB.
And I've also tried to make the reset of the machine, but nothing's changed...
Could someone of you help me???

P.S. does anyone of you know where I can find a manual of the Tascam TMD 4000 digital mixer?
