Smile Rol Fantom S vrs Yam Motif ES?

Do any users have comparative opinions on these two excellent keyboard synthesizers?
I am considering buying one and have trouble deciding which.
Thank you,
EveningSky

subtractor is an unknown quantity at this point
I've played with them both in a limited capacity, and I'm more impressed by the motif.

Subtracktor,
Could you elaborate on why the Motif appeals to you more?
I would really appreciate your insight/opinion of these two instruments.
Yours,
ES

I like the sounds better, the user interface seems more intuitive and it's cooler looking.

Dear Subtractor,
Thank you. I have read several comments that the Motif sounds are preferred by some users over the Fantom sounds. Most comments I read have suggested that the Motif is hard to use, and that the Fantom is easier to use. I am therefore surprised that you found the Motif easier to use.
Do any other readers have comments on this subject?
Thank you,
ES

I actually think the opposite. My Motif 6 is extremely easy to use. The Fantom I tried out at the store when I bought the Motif seem ridiculously confusing to use for even simple tasks like selecting a sound.
