Cubase SX and the best PC processor

Hi There,

Anyone got any strong opinions on the best PC processor for running SX on?

I'm running an XP 2500 as well and it rocks...i had a 2100 and that worked awesome too.

you'll get a whole lot of opinions here on intel vs. amd, but they both work. the amount of horsepower you get is going to determine what you can do. For price, the 2100 is great and cheap as hell. depends on what you want to put your money into

I use a P4 2.6 and i havent had any issues.

SX 2 with a P4 1.6 and it's fine......
