Considering to buy FW 1884

Does anybody have personal experience with the FW 1884? Particularly with Sonar 3? Is it working well? How about with added soft synths, VSTs? How's the interface?

Though I have no feedback for you yet, I have been considering this buy for a quite a while now, but haven't been able to find many user reviews to base anything off of. So I decide to finally go out and buy it to see what I thought, did the guitar center thing so we'll see what bugs I can find in these 30 days, hopefully none.. However I am running Sonar 3. Have a few session set up in the next week so we'll see how it goes. Now i'm just in the process of importing all my stuff into Sonar 3. Excited to see how this thing preforms...

Hello,

I have my FW-1884 since september, 2003. No problems at all. It works fine as standalone mixer and with Logic 6.3.3 on a Mac. I use it also as a Midi controller with other audio-interfaces.
I think it was I good idea to buy it.
