drums

two questions

1) what, in your opinion, is the best software for creating drums tracks for rock music?

2)do you know of any good websites out there that teach you how to program drum tracks? (how to play drums? lol)

Try posting this in a sequencing/sample forum. But I heard DiscreateDrums (there is a great chance I spelled the name wrong). Also there are so many different sequencing software out there, That it depends how serious you are about producing and how much you want to spend. I use a Akia MPC2000XL ($1200) for drum ideas, But you could get Reason or something like that for a coulpe of hundred. How to use it, is all just a matter a learning out by practicing and experementing.

(sorry for all the typos)

try out pcdrummer.com

it's pretty simple and user friendly and they have a demo version you can try out.
