Question

Hola. How do I get my Boss Dr-770 to play a cymbal crash at the end of a fill(on the downbeat of 1) at the beginning of the original or variation pattern? It does it OK on the presets but I can't get it to happen on the user patterns. My alesis SR-16 does it automaticly. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance.
