Question

I have ordered some Audio Tech. drum mics, they are a package called the KIT PAK, they are on a hellacious backorder but i hope it is worth the wait. Has anyone used these? heard anything about em? They have two tom/snare mics and 2 bass mics. I am going to put the two tom mics on the two toms at the front and then put a bass on the floor tom and a bass on the kick. and just slap a 57 on the snare, and maybe a nice condenser on the hi-hat. I dunno what ill do for overheads. Lemme know if you guys think this will work or if you have used them before.

Thumbs down

Put two AKG C1000s as your overheads and you won't need to mike the high hat...
