Is it possible for me to hear the recording goingon and the effects I added to it in real time? I mean Can I hear what im doing? I using Sonar 3 Producer what should i do? Thank you very much...

Yes.

Look up INPUT MONITORING in the manual or help file, check out what latency is and see if you sound card can handle it. You should be ok if you can use WDM or ASIO drivers for your card, you are most likely stuffed if you can only use MME driver due to the inherent delay.
