Vsampler 3.0 don't work on my PC

I have Athlon 2800, 512K but when I load Vsampler 3.0 that comes with Sonar it doen't play the midi track. It is responding to direct midi input from my keyboard with very disappointing latency, and that I expected. But why not play midi track. May be it's too lazy!

Can you explain your MIDI config/setup?

(VSC wasn't working either!)
Actually, the problem had to do with the buffer setting. I was starting a new project with no audio. That's when I had that problem. Seems like when there're less audio tracks you need a lower buffers setting. And as you add more audio tracks you need to increase the buffers.
