C1 one making those lopsided waveforms again!
I found some prime examples this last recording session.
peep this: all male vocals, 1 is from a rap track, and one is from a "gospley" track. Here's a heavy zoom on the gospel track.

anyone care to comment more on these? haha just as a reminder: C1 (set to roll off low end switch), with -10db imp pad (i know there's a small clip on one of those, volume/gain is not the problem here i'd think though). Going into DMP2. Into Delta44 Into Vegas 4 HOLLA

It's pretty common.
Very few sounds create vertically symetrical wave forms. I wouldn't worry about it. |
