Question random quantize

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to quantize a drum pattern with a random value? Sort of along the same lines as the random velocity feature - specify the resolution (say, 128th notes - or better yet, at the "tick" level), and an amount to randomly shift (either forward or back) notes within a certain range? Nothing too drastic - just a quick'n'dirty way to give it a less static feel to the timing. Is there a native way to do this in Sonar? Or perhaps a CAL or 3rd party utility?

Sometimes you can't see the forest from the trees I guess the "random time" CAL would do the trick

Has anyone seen a revision that allows you to specify note range? Or would I have to use the midi event filter to select the notes and then run the above CAL script to get the desired effect?
