Ever use a Soundcraft TS-12 Console?

I have recently seen a 36 frame Soundcraft TS-12 console modified by Jim Williams of Audio Upgrades for sale.

How much would you say it is worth nowadays?

So you think 4 or 5k eh? I forgot to mention it has automation, not that I care but that might play a factor in the price.
