Actual mp3s made from n-track?
I'm considering getting n-track and was wondering if people have some mp3s they've made with n-track available?
I've checked n-track's web site, but seems it's all mp3.com bands/pages, which is now dead. |

hi, Bunny.
There's a demo song on the n-Track site that you can listen to. It was recorded (4 yrs ago) completely with N, a SoundBlaster Live card, and knock-off SM57 mics. A friend wrote the song, played guitar, and sang. I did the recording, programmed the drums, played bass, and sang harmonies. If you'd like to hear more, answer here, and I'll send you a link to our stuff. tj

Probably not the kind of music you are used to, but the two songs at the link below were done with n-track and are streamed mp3s. One was a live recording. The other was done totally by myself (Out of the Blue).

The sound quality of that song is GREAT. What drum program did you use? Also, what knock-off mics did you use?
I was really blown away by the quality of a "PC" song. |

Thanks, Bunny... that was a long time ago, but the overal quality wasn't too bad.
I used Fruity Loops and Tom Hick's drum samples. You can get them on the AudioMinds site. The mics we used were Peavey PVM45's. tj

Everything here was mixed on n-Track. Don't let it put you off though - it is a good programme
