Flange Sound in Mono

Ok i use Nuendo 2 and love it!...

But my problem is if i listen to my tracks in stereo everything sounds sweet!
But if i hit my MONO switch on my reciever..everything sounds like i have a Flange effect on the master output channel..
WTF could be causing this..and if i leave it..will it sound like that on other peeps cd players and puters if there running in mono?

Any help on this would be appreciated as i've never encountered this problem b4!

You have a phase issue Weedhopper. Look to whatever you recorded with more than one mic.

Make sure that (on any of your FX channels) any mix on the effect is set to 100% WET. Reverb should be 100% reverb and NO DRY SIGNAL. Know what I mean?

That's a good (and commonly overlooked) place to check.

It could also be caused by duplicating tracks and/or adding delay for faux stereo effects.

Yeah, very short delays can comb hard when collapsed to mono.
