oh no card wont format

somehow my original cf card lots its info, i tried installing the new 1.10 on the card but it doesnt work. seems like the card must be mr 8 formatted first, before it will upgrade, any suggestions, i get un unfamilliar screen (Looks simillar but the text and numerals are wrong) and the menu buttone does not go anywhere
thought of installing original 1.03 but cant find it

please help, i think im so screwed................

found info , any card should be able to be formatted by holdong the stop key down, while starting the mr 8. except it didnt work,
cool, if you send the card to them they upgrade it for you then tell you do do the same thing holding down the stop button, but i think i did it right and im sure i got the data on the card properly
still doesnt work
