Sounds awesome man.... Some tasty shredding....

Not sure if I like the Zoom though, the snare sounds pretty weak...

Guitars sound really good though, I like your style alot....

Very nice. I love the melodies of the guitars. To my opinion, the drums do not have the same energy as the guitars. The snare is kind of soft. More volume on the drums and it would be perfect!

Very hard. Industrial with that Vai/Satriani touch. Could have developed the bassline/melody a little more, only gripe really. Like the solid playing and creative approach.

The guitar is excellent. The drum machine and every thing else almost seems an after thought.Goddamn shame really, that a
player of your caliber has to have a machine for a band mate!

thanks for all the comments everybody!

hey paco!
i dig what you're sayin', about the style thing..... that's very cool of you to check it out anyway. thanks!

analytical man-
glad you liked it. in your own analytical way,you have inspired me to continue. yes, i shall.

Kelly5150-
yes, the zoom IS weak. LOL.
how unfortunate is true......
but, i just was trying something different using the brand new machine, i have since found some decent sounding kits that have better snare sounds, but this isn't it!

pkmusic-
the melodies were the driving force for sure.... the drum machine is one of those things where you get what you get, not much control over any of the parameters.... it's a cheapy for sure, but still better than what i had...
i will go back to re-mix this.. it's a tricky mix, but i should be able to tweak the snare out a little with some parametric eq'ing.....

Pinky-
their lawyer already called. i told em there was an accident down the street, and they forgot all about me...... LOL.
Bassline- yeah, i COULD do something different there.. yeah, good idea!

Sheppardb-
the drum machine really didn't help my cause, did it?!
LOL
yeah, i hear you.......
there's not much i can do other than levels and eq on the drum track... but i could do that, and re-do a bass line......
yeah, i'm looking for a real drummer!
maybe for new years........
oh yea, we don't get presents just for new years, do we?!
