Ok, I have the following things for a midi setup:

Guitar
Roland GR30 and pickup
computer with basic soundcard/joystick port
cable connector from midi to joystick
Cakewalk 9

my question: can I use these items to take the sounds from the GR30, and sequence them on my computer as a supplement to my digital audio, so that the final product is GR30 sounds coming out of the computer along with digital audio sounds which I can convert to one wav file?
