midi interface for qs8 to adat

I have an alesis qs8 keyboard and an alesis
adat and haven't worked with midi much being a guitar player. I have done work on pc sequencing software with the qs8. What would
be the best way to interface all this equip.
The adat, qs8 and pc for midi mixed with audio?
