Recommendations on MIDI Interface

Can anyone recommend a good MIDI interface (at least 4 ins 4 outs)? I have a basic PC-DAW system that will soon grow to multi I/O's and want an interface that will grow with my setup.

Any suggestions or thoughts on USB vs parrallel use are very welcomed.
