Just scored a good deal on a M-Audio Delta 66
Installed it on my WinXP box and the defaults of outputs 1 & 2 on the breakout box seem to output everything ok, my first attemp to do a multitrack recording with Acid 4.0... the PC locks up during the Sonic foundry splash screen. Ive re-installed everything, Card, Drivers, And Acid. Any clues? Worked great with my Turtle beach Santa Cruz (16 Bit) Thanks James Win XP 250Gb Maxtor 512Meg Althlon XP2400 |

a few things
I know this might sound ridiculous but, try to disable the splash-screen logo first. You may be laughing that did it for me.
Then, try to choose the santa cruz as the main sound card, open acid and choose the delta in acid. Does this work? you also might want to check if you got the latest driver. http://www.m-audio.com/support/licen...s=7&product=28 one last thing, you won't be able to multitrack in acid bro. |
