i got a pair of behringer truths and i love them...they were only 399....what behringer is, is a company that tries to make imitation products of high end equiptment at an affordable price sometimes you cant even tell the difference...their products are good and are well worth the money.

yOU GOTTA BE CAREFULL with behringer tho cuz some of their stuff is crap. like the eq's and compressors. very touchy items with them but then on the other hand some of it is fantastic for the prices. i havent had the pleasure of checking out their monitors but i would say go somewhwere and demo them first

M-Audio BX8's all the way man. translate very well and they are easy to listen to for long periods.
