Production Studio 2

I was thinking about different options for studios. I kind of want just a production studio. I want to run my production company through the production studio. I dont really need to record so my real question is : What do i need to have an acutal production studio(just to make beats and instrumentals out of)?

There're tons of options out there.

P.S...Although you dont intend to record complete songs you may still want a mic set up just in case u make a beat and want some ill "original" background voices to fill it out.

Or what if you meet a guy who doesn't mind stopping by to do some live guitar or bass? You'd kick yourself if you miss that one(At least i would).
