hi all, just a fyi. ive been working with cake walk about a year and the best upgrade ive made to my daw is a 2nd. h.d. for audio only. on the advice of the people in this forum i made this upgrade with great results on a very average sys. 735 mhz. 256 ram, but i see alot of threads about dropouts, crashes, etc. with the price of h.d. what they are its a nobrainer. also make sure to get 7200 rpm drive good luck to all.
