TASCAM US-122 to COOL EDIT PRO???

I have a TASCAM US-122 and I'm runnin the AUDIO TECHNICA 3035 into COOL EDIT PRO 2.0. However, I get a real bad delay when I record. For example, I insert a beat into track 1 and I record my vocals on track 2, but when I play it back, my voice is off beat. I have worked with the latency setting but it seems to change, I can't tell for sure. Does anyone know how I might fix this?

I have no idea...but I'll bump this until somebody smarter comes along, lol.

Also, you might try the soundcard forum...I think latency is largely dependent on your card. But I've never messed with any of the CEP latency settings, and I've never had a problem...or HAVE I? lol.
