Just to let everyone know, I was able to track down a VC3Q at PMIAudio for $150.00 including shipping.

i bought a brand new pair of VC3Q's from GC for $99 a piece a while back......

that was back when the VC3Q was being discontinued and replaced with the MQ3.....now the MQ3 is discontinued and being replaced with a Q3......so it may be worth $150, but i would have never paid that much for it.....

I'm in Slidell, Louisiana. I play guitar in a praise band at Aldersgate United Methodist Church here. Seems that some of the folks in our band were going to or did head up to see a Christian group in Denham Springs. I think it was David Crowder.

That's not to say that I don't listen to secular stuff and still rock and roll. I recently acquired the newish Led Zep double DVD. One has to watch Jimmy Page doing Achilles Last Stand. Awesome.

Other recent DVD acquisitions include Bad Company, Dave Mason Live at Sunrise, recent reissue of Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii, their recent Dark Side of the Moon DVD, EC's One More Car, One More Rider, etc.

You're probably right that I paid too much. However, I couldn't find anyone who had one for sale and grabbed what I could. I'd have held off for one of the new JoeMeeks coming out in January but I'm going to be taking some vacation time around Christmas and wanted something here that I can use at that time. I'm anxious to get some songs recorded and posted for feedback.
