sonar recovery

i just recovered from a pretty hard computer crash and now find sonar having a hard time playing audio back without dropping out. i was in the process of maximizing, specifically, editing the sonar aud.ini file when i changed the path of where my work file stores the audio for one of the projects i'm working on. i have the cwb file on hand and can open it, but can't open the work file that has my mix and effects settings. how do i restore the path? thanks
