Denon DN-D4000 cd player

hi
I've just bought this cd player for the theatre where I work. My problem is like this:
When I play track one in single play mode, I wan't the cd player to stop playback when the track ends and be ready at the start of track two. Instead it stops after track one and are ready to play track one again ... bummer. If I use the relay function and has loaded 2 cd's it instantly goes to the second player and starts playing if I've only loaded one cd it does what I want ... so far so good. But for most of the shows I have to use both players ( that's why I bought this machine)
I've contacted the importer - he didn't know but gave me a number for another customer who just might be able to answer the question. He told me if autocue was on it should work the way I wanted. It is and has always been on and it doesn't work.
Any of you guys ever worked with this machine??? is it me being too stupid or is it Denon who forgot this feature???
thanx in advance
bizz

That's what AutoCue is for. If the AutoCue isn't working properly then take it in and exchange it.
