stereo 1/8" to two seperate left/right 1/4"?

I'm just looking for an adaptor with an 1/8" male plug on one end, and two 1/4" female jacks that have seperate left/right signals on the other end. I have one, but it sends a summed mono signal to both 1/4" jacks. I'm assuming Radio Shack only has the one like I have, does anyone know where to look for this? Thanks

Geoff

Geoff,

A simple project like this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to solder. Then you will never again be beholden to retail stores for simple adapters. Making your own cables and adapters is also a lot cheaper than buying them.

Geoff,

Buy a soldering iron, some solder, and some wire and connectors. In truth, it's easiest to have someone show you the basics in person. But soldering is not difficult, and I'm sure there are web or magazine articles with photos.

I just entered "soldering" in Google, and here's the first link that came up:
