Sonar 2.0 curser problem!!!

I'm using Sonar 2.0. For some reason (it seems all of a sudden), in the Track view and the Piano roll view... the screen doesn't follow along with the curser. So after the cuser passes through, the audio keeps playing but the screen doesn't follow to the next section!

Is there a command that I might have accidentally hit that does this??

Any insight is much appreciated as it's really hard to get any work done this way!
