effects loop

I am using an old SUnn mixer then to a wave/8-24 and into my computer to Cakewalk 9.0. I have no $ for the Waves Native Power Pack2 that I want but I happen to have a quadraverb. After recording I want to use it to add the effect i want. How could I pull that off? Would I run from a set off outputs on the wave interface into it, then back in to a set of inputs on the the interface again and rerecord the loop through the processor?
