Aging Amplifier

I have a Crown DC150 that is getting a bit old (over twenty years) It sometimes hums from the left channel until I touch and slightly move the left volume control (mostly just touching though).

I seem to be getting a high leve of harmonic distortion. What can I do about this.

The pointeometers need cleaning. Take it to a pro for a good tune-up.
